DEBRA Members’ Weekend 2026 application form

This application form is for people wishing to attend the DEBRA Members' Weekend 2026 event, which is subject to the ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች በዌብሳይታችን ላይ.

Everyone listed on this form must live at the same address. Anyone living at a different address must submit their own application.

During the event, we will take photos and videos that may be shared later through various channels, including social media, printed publications, and our website. When completing this form, you will have the opportunity to opt out for yourself and other members of your household from being featured in our communications.

DEBRA UKን በኢሜል በማነጋገር በማንኛውም ጊዜ ስምምነት ሊቀየር ወይም ሊሰረዝ ይችላል። debra@debra.org.uk or by ringing 01344 771961. If consent is withdrawn, DEBRA UK will not use the media in any future publicity thereafter and all existing printed stocks (if applicable) will be destroyed. However, once media has been shared through social media channels, DEBRA cannot prevent it from being shared wider.

Media taken by or given to DEBRA UK will be used in accordance with all relevant and applicable laws including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
